Full merits assessment & strategy, £600

I assess your case’s merits against industrial realities, providing a clear breakdown of strengths, weaknesses, and a projected outcome designed for your success.

Litigation disclosure, £600

Settlement Agreement, £500

​My fixed fees provide end-to-end coverage for your entire case, from initial instruction through to the final hearing. These fees are structured based on the scheduled length of the hearing, as there is a direct correlation between the duration of a case in the Tribunal and the volume of preparatory work required. Because the vast majority of the "heavy lifting"—including evidence building, legal research, and strategic preparation—takes place well in advance of the start date, the full fixed fee remains payable regardless of whether the hearing ultimately goes ahead.
1-3 days, £1,500 per day
4-6 days, £2,000 per day
